Approximately 2 billion people globally lack access to safe drinking water, and nearly half of the world’s population experiences substantial water shortage at specific times throughout the year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As these figures continue to rise, because of natural and human-induced calamities, climate change, and population growth, so will the number of illnesses, waterborne diseases, and food shortages.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Last year, HHRD provided clean water to over 650,000 beneficiaries. Your generous donations ensured access to clean water through the installation of Water Pumps, Water Wells, Gravity Flow Water Projects, Water Filtration Plants, Rainwater Collection Units, and more at schools, refugee camps, and rural villages.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The Project: Water Tank with Borewell — IndonesiaIn rural Indonesia, farmers and laborers in underserved communities have no reliable access to clean water. A borewell drills deep into the earth to collect groundwater, pumping it into a storage tank that serves the entire community. Our Goal: 2 Water Tanks🚰 Clean water for 200 beneficiaries✅ Each completed in approximately 3 months🔧 Materials warrantied for 5 years Why Ramadan?The Prophet ﷺ was asked: "Which charity is best?"
